The space
Pinto designed both the interior of the beautiful showroom in Kallio as well as the new website for the Finnish family company Caisla, the importer of carefully selected marble and ceramic tiles.
The interior design of the showroom praises the marble and ceramic tiles by introducing them boldly. The floor is spectacular, and the largest tiles are displayed like pieces of art. Circulation in the space is important to allow both longer and closer viewing distances, as well as to allow enough space to meet around the products. Lighting is one of the key elements in bringing the tiles alive, and the restroom is a masterpiece with its assembly of tiles. Various Caisla products have been used throughout the showroom in both furniture pieces and surfaces.
