Restaurant Kokokana, Finland

Pinto created the restaurant concept of Kokokana – focus on grilled food and relaxed atmosphere – and was responsible of the implementation of the first restaurant to open at KPO Sokos Hotel Vaasa Vaakuna.

The concept was inspired by the history of chickens – did you know that chickens originate from the Asian jungle where their natural habitat is lush nature with lots of hiding places?
