Santa Claus' Main Post Office is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, Finland. Thousands of visitors all year round come mainly from Asia, Europe and Finland. The Santa Claus' Main Post Office is magical and important part of the spirit of the area. Besides being the Main Post office of the Santa Claus Village, the space is also a gift shop.

Pinto designed the renovation of the iconic Santa Claus' Main Post Office in Rovaniemi in 2018. The task was to rethink the whole functional layout of this magical space (incl. gift shop) as well as the store furniture and signage.

The goal was to create a proficient customer experience, highlight the products and to improve the well-being of the employees by ergonomic solutions. Since the destination is traditional and an important part of the area it was crucial to preserve the atmosphere of the place. This was ensured by taking into consideration all the details and materials.
